Harbour Sixty Steakhouse
Harbour Sixty Steakhouse
Excerpt from Taylor Hannah Architect magazine:
As a culinary hot spot that draws the likes of international film stars, politicians andprofesstional athletes, Harbour Sixty Steakhouse is a symbol of the best Toronto has to offer.
The design concept for Harbour Sixty is taking the old world aesthetic previously seen in the upscale steakhouse and redefining it for the today with luxe materials. The result is a timeless design that echoes the sophistication of Harbour Sixty’s impeccable service and reputation. The redesign maintains the essense of the traditional steakhouse but reinvents the often heavy masculine feeling with a new palette of colours and a host of new materials that are more timeless and elegant than stuffy and expected. The pallet is a rich warm blue contrasted with plum, black, polished nickel and cream. A host of exotic finishes embellish the two-level, 7,500 sq. ft. space including silver leafed ceiling in the bar and restaurant by Halstead and Co.
